Hamilton offers an extraordinary education and together we can secure your child’s future.
All the information you need to prepare yourself and child for enrolment.
School Fees
- Fees are billed monthly over 11 months. They are payable in advance and due before the 7th of the month.
- Outstanding accounts should be settled before the school closes at the end of each term.
- Any parent who wishes to give notice of their intention to remove a child from Hamilton must provide one full term’s written notice. Failure to do so will result in full charges in lieu of the notice period.

How To Apply
- Download the application form.
- Submit the completed form to the administration office at the school.
- Pay the non-refundable application fee of R500.00 on submission of the application.
The following documents are required upon application:
- – An ID photo
- – Copy of the child’s unabridged birth certificate and immunization card
- – Copies of previous school reports (if applicable)
- – Certified copies of both parent’s ID documents and proof of residence (e.g. a municipal account)
- – Foreign students must provide a copy of their study permit

- – Completion of the application form does not guarantee acceptance to Hamilton School.
- – All children applying need to take the entrance test.
- – Admission of your child remains at the discretion of the Principal of Hamilton School.
- – If your application is successful, you will be required to pay the first month’s fees to secure your child’s place.
